Preparation Techniques
In a frying pan:
Heat oil to a medium temperature. Place the frozen Chicken Milanese in the frying pan and fry for 4 minutes on each side until golden brown. Allow to rest for 1 minute before serving.
In a deep fryer:
Heat oil to 350F or 177C, fry Milanese for 3 to 4 minutes.
