Preparation Techniques
In a frying pan: Add oil and heat to 350°F (175°C). fry the frozen fingers for 5 to 6 minutes on each side until reaching a minimum internal temperature of 170°F (80°C). In a Deep Fryer: Add sufficient oil to the fryer, heat the oil to 350°F (175°C). Fry the frozen product for 5 minutes until reaching a minimum internal temperature of 170°F (80°C). Oven: Preheat oven to 430°F (220°C), place frozen fingers on a tray. Cook for 20 to 22 minutes until reaching a minimum internal temperature of 170°F (80°).
