In a frying pan: Heat oil to a medium temperature, cook frozen fillets 6 to 7 minutes, turning 2 to 3 times. Internal cooking temperature: at least 170 F (76 C). In a deep fryer: Add sufficient oil to fryer and heat to 350 F (177 C). Fry fillets 4 to 5 minutes. Drain and allow to rest 1 minute before serving.
