In a frying pan: Heat oil to a moderate temperature. Fry frozen Yucca Sticks for 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Allow to rest for 1 minute before serving.
Deep fryer: Add sufficient oil to fryer. Heat to 175°C (350°F). Fry frozen Yucca Sticks for 4 to 5 minutes or until golden brown. Drain and allow to rest for 1 minute before serving.
