Preparation Techniques
In a Frying Pan:
Remove wrapping. Add sufficient oil to frying pan. Heat oil to 350°F and fry chicken jerky for 2 to 3 minutes.
Microwave:
Remove wrapping and place in an appropriate microwave container. Heat chicken jerky on “High” for 1 minute.
Grill:
Remove wrapping and place in a slightly greased frying pan or metal plate. Cook chicken jerky for 4 minutes on each side.
